OUR MODEL
We provide simple solutions to the complex problems plaguing educational settings. Simply, we believe that in order for schools to excel students and staff must have the skills to be, do, and stay well.
DO WELL
CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT AND ACADEMIC SUPPORT TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE.
STAY WELL
INNOVATIVE PROGRAMMING DESIGNED TO FOSTER CREATIVITY AND SENSE OF PURPOSE NECCESSARY TO MAINTAIN WELLNESS.
BE WELL
PRACTICAL SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING TO ACHIEVE PERSONAL STATE OF WELLBEING THAT ENABLES HOLISTIC SUCCESS.
“Simplicity breeds efficiency. If we ever want to sustainably solve the issues in education we must do so simply. We must identify the root problems and provide simple, tangible, actionable solutions.”
MS. FITE
I'm Eneah Shenell Fite, HS English Teacher, First-Year-Student Advisor, Wellness Advocate, and Founder of the 7Sees Project for Peace.
As a student, I did well. I was the nerd, valedictorian, summa cum laude who did well at the expense of being well, resulting in frequent burnout.
As an educator, I believe my students can achieve what I didn’t - academic wellness holistically. Through 7Sees, I create entities like Simplē to help students and staff be, do, and stay well in school.
